Desde esta perspectiva, la obra explica la aplicación de la teoría del delito en la teoría del caso, por ejemplo a la hora de elaborar los alegatos de clausura; asimismo, se analiza, desde la teoría de los derechos fundamentales, de la prueba y del proceso, la dinámica de los interrogatorios, enfrentándonos a la sobrevalorada credibilidad, dotando de sentido nomológico a las técnicas de litigación.
