Además, el autor aprovecha el mencionado estudio para formular una serie de sugerencias que puedan servir de orientación al legislador, ante el compromiso asumido por el Ministerio de Justicia de acometer una reforma global de nuestra centenaria Ley de Enjuiciamiento Criminal.
