Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: An impatient wizard and her new apprentice must keep their country from being torn apart while they search for the rightful king. After the treacherous murder of the last High King, the Isle of Esten was left divided and vulnerable. Local rulers contend for power and outside influences bring the island ever closer to destruction. When one of the few remaining wizards in Esten discovers a neglected farm boy whose dreams seem to foretell the future, she thinks he may hold the key to finding the rightful king and restoring unity to their fractured homeland. Together they must attempt to hold dark forces at bay long enough for the king to appear. Kingdoms of Broken Stone: Boy of Dreams is a fantasy story set primarily on the Isle of Esten. In terms of placement within the world, Esten is loosely based on the British Isles. However, its people groups, history, and interior geography are notably different. The greater world around it is influenced by common themes throughout fantasy stories, popular legends and myths, as well as non-fiction ancient and medieval history. The major characters differ in age and racial backgrounds while their shared experience develops over the course of time. Though the conflict and enemies they face are the product of imagination, the emotions and decisions are ones that everyone wrestles with in various ways. Good and Evil are pitted against one another to form a classical foundation to a fresh story with new faces. Boy of Dreams is the first book in the Kingdoms of Broken Stone series.

Before she can focus on embracing her gifts to unify her three lands, she must first stop her own land from dissolving into civil war. Spurred by her brother’s devious policies and thirst for power, the people of the Uplands have surged into revolt. If Emariya cannot convince her own people to stand down and follow her, she will never convince her uncle she can lead all three lands. And he’s only given her half a year to do it. AS SHE TRIES TO WIN HER OWN PEOPLE'S HEARTS, the love of her life, Torian Ahlen begins to lose his mind. While Torian is driven into a dark depression by his visions of Terin, Emariya realizes the only way to bring him back from the brink is to confront her brother once and for all and rescue Torian's sister. Unfortunately, because of the pull of the stones, his sister isn’t sure she wants to be rescued. IF EMARIYA IS TO HAVE ANY CHANCE AT SAVING TORIAN'S MIND and his sister’s virtue, she will have to go directly to the source, those that bestowed the gifts (or curse) in the first place. But will whoever is waiting at The Cradle Of The Three be willing to help her? Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Broken Covenants Broken Covenants seeks to highlight the love of God for man and the things the Lord had been doing to bring man back into fellowship with Him since mankind fell from grace because of sin. Sin has corrupted the entire world, and it started when Adam and Eve were deceived by Satan in the garden of Eden. Satan had since that time gained control over the earth from Adam whom God had given this charge. Everything being corrupted by sin, including man, faces the curse of death. Satan having taken control of the earth had access to heaven where he was a continuous accuser of man before God. God is determined to destroy this corrupted earth and Satan with it to get rid of sin altogether, but He is also determined to restore man and save man from His wrath and the destruction to come. God sent a flood to destroy sinful man from the earth, but as man multiplied again in the earth, so did sin. The Lord then chose a people of Israel to be His chosen people. He blessed and prospered them to make the rest of the world be jealous of the God of Israel that they would forsake their gods and seek after the God of Israel. Israel, however, turned to the gods of these nations instead that God had to reject His people. God then sent His own Son Who never sinned, and therefore, death had no control over Him. Having conquered sin and death, Jesus has taken back control of the earth, and the devil is cast out of heaven and have no more access to heaven. Man is therefore restored, but he had to trust in Jesus and what He has done to be redeemed back to God. This is the way of salvation, and God now has accomplished that which was His desire since Adam.

Book excerpt: Ruiz Gravenor longs to destroy the Kingdom of Lygos, to finally revenge himself on the imperialist regime that subjugates his homeland, the island of Fieroe. In a trick of fate, he is chosen by the eldritch god hibernating beneath the island and bestowed with otherworldly powers. As Ruiz travels Lygos, he uses his talents to incite resistance. Still, he is but one man with many enemies--including the Lygian Saint-King's right-hand man, Gideon Minmose. Despite their animosity, both are far from home, haunted by traumatic memories. And Gideon, burdened with responsibility, is also chosen by a god. For all that Ruiz and Gideon appear as enemies, they have forged a secret partnership to eliminate Lygos' reign. When forgotten rituals to revive the ancient gods are suddenly unearthed, they must risk everything for a chance at victory. With the gods' rebirth comes the promise of freedom, but failure means certain death. What's more, the gods are old and unknowable, and meddling with them could tear reality apart. --back cover

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Game of Thrones fans will love the New York Times bestselling Abhorsen series. Sabriel, the first installment in the series, launched critically acclaimed author Garth Nix onto the fantasy scene as a rising star. This collection gathers all four titles in the popular series, including the long-awaited prequel, Clariel. Sabriel: Since childhood, Sabriel has lived outside the walls of the Old Kingdom, away from the power of Free Magic, and away from the Dead who refuse to stay dead. But now her father, the Abhorsen, is missing, and Sabriel must cross into that world to find him. There she confronts an evil that threatens much more than her life and comes face-to-face with her own hidden destiny. . . . Lirael: Lirael has never felt like a true daughter of the Clayr. She doesn't even have the Sight—the ability to see into possible futures—that is the very birthright of the Clayr. Nevertheless she must undertake a desperate mission under the growing shadow of an ancient evil—one that threatens to break the very boundary between Life and Death itself. With only her faithful companion, the Disreputable Dog, to help her, Lirael must find the courage to seek her own hidden destiny. Abhorsen: The Abhorsen Sabriel and King Touchstone are missing, leaving only Lirael—newly come into her inheritance as the Abhorsen-in-Waiting—to stop the Destroyer. With only a vision from the Clayr to guide her, Lirael must search in both Life and Death for some means to defeat the evil destructor—before it is too late. . . . Clariel: Clariel is the daughter of one of the most notable families in the Old Kingdom, with blood relations to the Abhorsen and, most important, to the King. She dreams of living a simple life but discovers this is hard to achieve when a dangerous creature is loose in the city and there is a plot brewing against the King. When Clariel is drawn into the efforts to find and capture the creature, she finds hidden sorcery within herself, yet it is magic that carries great dangers.
