Book excerpt: “Since we forget the implications of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy at our peril I welcome and support the recent work of Ed Souza’s Undeniable Truths....Welcome aboard Mr. Souza.” —Mark Lane- Author of Rush to Judgment To many, the murder of President John F. Kennedy was the defining tragedy of the twentieth century. To many, the intricate and pervasive veil of lies generated by the Warren Commission and some of our own government agencies is an egregious and continuing insult to our collective intelligence, integrity, and dignity. To many, there are more questions than plausible answers. But for one former LA cop, private investigator, and professor of criminal justice, the time has come to put forth the clear and plausible answers too many have craved for too long. In Undeniable Truths, Professor Ed Souza applies modern investigative techniques and theories to present the clear and simple facts surrounding this infamous murder. His approach exposes the lies, cover-ups, and misinformation involved in this case. He explores some of the murder’s most enduring mysteries: Why was President Kennedy really murdered? Who really did—and did not—want Kennedy eliminated? Why—and how—was Oswald chosen as the scapegoat? Through the use of time tested police strategies, the author puts decades of professional research to the task of solving one of history’s most enduring unsolved crimes.

Kennedy (Robert K. Tanenbaum). On November 22, 1963, Dr. Charles Crenshaw, an accomplished surgeon, tried to save John F. Kennedy’s life—and then days later, the life of the alleged assassin, Lee Harvey Oswald. Writing with eye-opening immediacy, Dr. Crenshaw takes readers into the emergency room to share the critical events at Parkland Hospital as he lived them. Now updated, his searing testimony punctures myths and shatters a cover-up of massive proportions. “Hard-hitting, courageous, and correct in every respect.”—Cyril Wecht, M.D., J.D. 'Shocking new details' - Herald Sun On 22nd November 1963, the 35th president of the United States, John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and his wife Jackie were taking part in a presidential motorcade through Dallas. Thousands lined the streets cheering; others hung out of windows to catch a glimpse of the much-loved First Lady and President. Suddenly, the unthinkable: three shots - bang...bang, bang - rang out. In front of the world, John F Kennedy was fatally wounded. Lee Harvey Oswald was caught. But did he fire the fatal bullet? Who REALLY killed JFK? Fifty years after the tragic events in Dallas, JFK: The Smoking Gun solves the ultimate cold case. With the forensic eye of a highly regarded ex-cop, Colin McLaren gathered the evidence, studied 10,000 pages of transcripts, discovered the witnesses the Warren Commission failed to call, and uncovered the exhibits and testimonies that were hidden until now. What he found is far more outrageous than any fanciful conspiracy theory could ever be. JFK: The Smoking Gun proves, once and for all, who did kill the President. Kennedy said, "The great enemy of truth is very often not the lie; deliberate, contrived and dishonest. but the myth, persistent, persuasive, and unrealistic. Filtering long held beliefs in the Kennedy assassination through contemporary, reliable, established scientific facts will help to dispel myths; the very thing Kennedy described as the great enemy of truth. Authored by forensic investigator Sherry Fiester, Enemy of the Truth addresses eight prominent myths in the assassination, including: the Dallas Police Department's investigation, the varied Dealey Plaza locations witnesses believed shots originated, the single bullet theory, two simultaneous head shots, if the limousine stopped, and if the blood in the Zapruder film is faked.

Book excerpt: After more than four decades and scores of books, documentaries, and films on the subject, what more can be said about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy? A great deal, according to the author. This provocative, rigorously researched book presents evidence and compelling arguments that will make you rethink the entire sequence of terrible events on that traumatic day in Dallas. Drawing on his fifteen years of experience as an experimental physicist for the US Navy, the author demonstrates that the commonly accepted view of the assassination is fundamentally flawed from a scientific perspective. The physics behind lone-gunmen theories is not only wrong, says Chambers, but frankly impossible. This is the first book to: identify the second murder weapon, prove the locations of the assassins, and demonstrate multiple shooters with scientific certainty. It concludes with a persuasive chapter on why this horrible event, now almost half a century old, should still matter to us today. Originally published as a hardcover in 2010, this paperback edition contains a new preface and postscript in which the author addresses some interesting developments since the book was first published as well as the fiftieth anniversary of the assassination. For anyone seeking a fresh understanding of the JFK assassination, this is an indispensable book.

Book excerpt: In A Lie Too Big to Fail, longtime Kennedy researcher (of both JFK and RFK) Lisa Pease lays out, in meticulous detail, how witnesses with evidence of conspiracy were silenced by the Los Angeles Police Department; how evidence was deliberately altered and, in some instances, destroyed; and how the justice system and the media failed to present the truth of the case to the public. Pease reveals how the trial was essentially a sham, and how the prosecution did not dare to follow where the evidence led. A Lie Too Big to Fail asserts the idea that a government can never investigate itself in a crime of this magnitude. Was the convicted Sirhan Sirhan a willing participant? Or was he a mind-controlled assassin? It has fallen to independent researchers like Pease to lay out the evidence in a clear and concise manner, allowing readers to form their theories about this event. Pease places the history of this event in the context of the era and provides shocking overlaps between other high-profile murders and attempted murders of the time. Lisa Pease goes further than anyone else in proving who likely planned the assassination, who the assassination team members were, and why Kennedy was deemed such a threat that he had to be taken out before he became President of the United States.

Book excerpt: Scores of talented and dedicated people serve the forensic science community, performing vitally important work. However, they are often constrained by lack of adequate resources, sound policies, and national support. It is clear that change and advancements, both systematic and scientific, are needed in a number of forensic science disciplines to ensure the reliability of work, establish enforceable standards, and promote best practices with consistent application. Strengthening Forensic Science in the United States: A Path Forward provides a detailed plan for addressing these needs and suggests the creation of a new government entity, the National Institute of Forensic Science, to establish and enforce standards within the forensic science community. The benefits of improving and regulating the forensic science disciplines are clear: assisting law enforcement officials, enhancing homeland security, and reducing the risk of wrongful conviction and exoneration. Strengthening Forensic Science in the United States gives a full account of what is needed to advance the forensic science disciplines, including upgrading of systems and organizational structures, better training, widespread adoption of uniform and enforceable best practices, and mandatory certification and accreditation programs. While this book provides an essential call-to-action for congress and policy makers, it also serves as a vital tool for law enforcement agencies, criminal prosecutors and attorneys, and forensic science educators.

Book excerpt: Pulitzer Prize Finalist: “By far the most lucid and compelling account . . . of what probably did happen in Dallas—and what almost certainly did not.” —The New York Times Book Review The Kennedy assassination has reverberated for five decades, with tales of secret plots, multiple killers, and government cabals often overshadowing the event itself. As Gerald Posner writes, “Fifty years after the assassination, the biggest casualty has been the truth.” In this first-ever digital edition of his classic work, updated with a special comment for the fiftieth anniversary, Posner lays to rest all of the convoluted conspiracy theories—concerning the mafia, a second shooter, and the CIA—that have obscured over the decades what really happened in Dealey Plaza on November 22, 1963. Drawing from official sources and dozens of interviews, and filled with powerful historical detail, Case Closed is a vivid and straightforward account that stands as one of the most authoritative books on the assassination of John F. Kennedy.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The Warren Commission’s major conclusion was that Lee Harvey Oswald was the “lone assassin” of President John F. Kennedy. Gerald McKnight rebuts that view in a meticulous and devastating dissection of the Commission’s work. The President’s Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy was officially established by Executive Order to investigate and determine the facts surrounding JFK’s murder. The Warren Commission, as it became known, produced 26 volumes of hearings and exhibits, more than 17,000 pages of testimony, and a 912-page report. Surely a definitive effort. Not at all, McKnight argues. The Warren Report itself, he contends, was little more than the capstone to a deceptive and shoddily improvised exercise in public relations designed to “prove” that Oswald had acted alone. McKnight argues that the Commission’s own documents and collected testimony—as well as thousands of other items it never saw, refused to see, or actively suppressed—reveal two conspiracies: the still very murky one surrounding the assassination itself and the official one that covered it up. The cover-up actually began, he reveals, within days of Kennedy’s death, when President Johnson, FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, and acting Attorney General Nicholas Katzenbach all agreed that any official investigation must reach only one conclusion: Oswald was the assassin. While McKnight does not uncover any “smoking gun” that identifies the real conspirators, he nevertheless provides the strongest case yet that the Commission was wrong—and knew it. Oswald might have knowingly or unwittingly been involved, but the Commission’s own evidence proves he could not have acted alone. Based on more than a quarter-million pages of government documents and, for the first time ever, the 50,000 file cards in the Dallas FBI’s “Special Index,” McKnight’s book must now be the starting point for future debate on the assassination. Among the revelations in Breach of Trust: Both CIA and FBI photo analysis of the Zapruder film concluded that the first shot could not have been fired from the sixth floor. The Commission’s evidence was never able to place Oswald at the “sniper’s nest” on the sixth floor at the time of the shooting. JFK’s official death certificate, signed by his own White House physician and contradicting the Commission’s account of Kennedy’s wounds, was left out of the official record. The dissenting views of the naval doctors who performed the autopsy and those of the government’s best ballistic experts were kept out of the official report. The Commission’s tortuous “Single Bullet” or “Magic Bullet” theory is finally and convincingly dismantled. Oswald was probably a low-level asset of the FBI or CIA or both. Commission members Gerald Ford (for the FBI) and Allen Dulles (for the CIA) acted as informers regarding the Commission’s proceedings. The strong dissenting views of Commission member Senator Richard Russell (D-Georgia) were suppressed for years.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The death of JFK, Jr., - accident or assassination? Exploding the Truth: The JFK, Jr. Assassination presents evidence of a conspiracy to assassinate the only surviving son of President John F. Kennedy and considers the motives that many powerful forces had, to make sure he never set foot in the White House. Divided into two parts, Part One examines the potential motives the Bush family, the C.I.A., and perhaps even Israeli intelligence, had to eliminate JFK, Jr. Part Two systematically dismantles the official version of events, that JFK, Jr., crashed his plane due to pilot error, and examines both the evidence of a government cover-up at the crime scene, and the extensive eyewitness reports of an explosion that brought the aircraft down.
