En rapport avec cet objet, la question que nous nous sommes attelées à résoudre était de savoir : comment l'action thérapeutique en thérapie familiale systémique va-t-elle retentir voire se répercuter sur le travail de réadaptation du mineur délinquant à son environnement familial ? En nous appuyant sur la théorie des transactions familiales version structurale de Minuchin (1974, 2005), nous avons fait l'hypothèse que : l'action thérapeutique en thérapie familiale systémique va promouvoir le travail de réadaptation du mineur délinquant à son environnement familial. En suivant la démarche clinique et en appliquant le modèle de thérapie familiale structurale de cet auteur auprès de quatre sujets placés en institution au Cameroun contemporain et leur famille, nous avons examiné cette hypothèse et abouti au résultat que, les interventions ou inputs du thérapeute produisent un effet thérapeutique optimisant en terme d'accroissement du sentiment d'autonomie et du sentiment d'appartenance chez le patient désigné (mineur délinquant) et chez chacun des membres de sa famille, concrétisant ainsi leur réadaptation à leur sphère familiale. A la faveur de ce résultat, nous pouvons par ailleurs envisager un présupposé théorique qui consisterait en l'idée qu'une fois qu'une thérapie a une dimension globale, elle est plus facilement adoptée par les peuples dont le mode de vie est basé sur le communautarisme et qui généralement se prêtent aux prises en charge thérapeutiques groupales ou collectives. C'est dans cette perspective que les thérapies familiales systémiques ont été envisagées. Aussi, cette étude peut s'inscrire dans une voie nouvelle de recherches sur la problématique métaculturelle en approche systémique de soin

And, second, how should a defendant's family status be recognized, if at all, in a criminal justice system situated within a liberal democracy committed to egalitarian principles of non-discrimination? After surveying the variety of "family ties benefits" and "family ties burdens" in our criminal justice system, the authors explain why policymakers and courts should view with caution and indeed skepticism any attempt to distribute these benefits or burdens based on one's family status. This is a controversial stance, but Markel, Collins, and Leib argue that in many circumstances there are simply too many costs to the criminal justice system when it gives special treatment based on one's family ties or responsibilities. Privilege or Punish breaks new ground by offering an important synthetic view of the intersection between crime, punishment, and the family. Although in recent years scholars have been successful in analyzing the indirect effects of certain criminal justice policies and practices on the family, few have recognized the panoply of laws (whether statutory or common law-based) expressly drawn to privilege or disadvantage persons based on family status alone.
