The text is the result of the combination of the Author's 25-year experience as an international lawyer and his academic studies as a professor, both in an Italian university (University of Cassino) and in an American university (Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law), and intends to provide the reader with a comprehensive overview of the issues related to the international distribution agreement.
