En effet, les deux dernières décennies, le concept de beauté et d'image sociale est devenue un besoin et une demande en soin esthétique. La réponse, médicale ou informelle, est devenue avec le temps un enjeu juridique (au regard des fake injectors) et sanitaire (au regard des complications relevées), auquel il fallait adapter le cadre législatif et règlementaire. Pour ce faire, • D'une part, et pour vérifier et affirmer les bienfaits d'un tel acte médical, nous avons développé les connaissances fondamentales actualisées, en biologie cutanée et en biochimie de l'AHI, dévoilé les processus industriels et règlementaires du dispositif médical AHI et analysé l'approche thérapeutique avec ses effets indésirables en médecine esthétique ; • D'autre part, nous avons abordé la problématique de l'acte en secteur informel. En termes d'enjeu de santé publique, nous avons présenté et salué la récente réaction des pouvoirs publics qui a fait évoluer la législation et les règlementations, et ce à tous les niveaux de ce secteur, et nous nous sommes permis d'avancer des préconisations et d'ouvrir des débats en vue d'une évolution supplémentaire des dispositifs réglementaires.
