Book excerpt: Infinity's Flower The Tale of 2012 & the Great Shift of the Ages The year is 2011. David and Kelly are soul mates, who share an awareness of the ancient esoteric wisdom, confirmed by quantum science, that the universe is alive, and everything in it, including us, consists of pulsating, luminous energy. Like shamans from indigenous cultures around the world, David and Kelly have powers far exceeding those of ordinary humans as a function of their awareness that this world of energy is guided by an unseen intelligence or spirit, and their ability to merge with these mysterious forces. One of their powers is the ability to see through the illusion of everyday life, and into another dimension, where malevolent extraterrestrial beings, masquerading as humans, have covertly ruled the world for thousands of years, and have imposed a fascist world government, or New World Order, upon a human race. Infinity's Flower is the epic story of the age-old intergalactic battle between the forces of good and evil that is coming to a head on the planet Earth at this time, and David and Kelly's struggle to join the forces of light, both in this world and in higher, etheric dimensions, to defeat the powers of darkness, and reclaim the planet. The backdrop of this tale is The Great Shift of the Ages, an exceedingly rare geophysical and astrophysical time the Earth has entered. It is the completion of a 26,000-year cycle, which was prophesized by ancient cultures spanning the globe, including the Egyptians, the Mayans and the Hopis. The Shift involves forces of colossal magnitude, such as the reversing of the Earth's electromagnetic field, which will change the face of the planet, and life on it, forever. The clock is ticking. The year 2012 appears to be the turning point. Are these the end-times, as so many believe was predicted in the Bible, or is this an opportunity for the birth of a new era of higher consciousness and spirituality? Infinity's Flower weaves the epic scope of Orwell, the esoteric wisdom of Castaneda, and the riveting storytelling of the film sensation The Matrix, into a tale of this rare and blessed opportunity for humanity to evict the forces of evil, and make the shift to the new paradigm. It is a world in which doors swing open to unimaginable forces, and where humanity reconnects with the one true source of its power: the divine spirit of a living universe. Infinity's Flower is a vision of the paradise that an empowered and an enlightened humanity can, and must, create on Earth.

Every year, all across the planet, people simply vanish, never to be seen again. Some areas of the world are well known for this phenomenon—like the area that would become known as the Bermuda Triangle after the famed Flight 19 incident off the Florida coast in 1945. Now, in the present day, an unexplainable event has occurred in the same area—an event that cannot be ignored by the military. The Navy ship Eclipse and its crew are sent to investigate, but after several days come up empty. Then, two days before the planned return to port, the event reoccurs, and the Eclipse is caught up in something it cannot escape. The ship and its crew suddenly find themselves completely isolated, all communication lost, surrounded by a terribly hostile environment where each day is a struggle to survive—in this intense, fast-paced novel of self-reliance, mystery, and discovery.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Some say the end of mankind is near. Some say that financial turmoil is part of the process, along with global warming, warfare and the spread of mass psychosis. Children are fed drugs to keep them calm; nations are invaded by their neighbors; the climate is changing all around us; celebrities become our gods and materialism is the new mantra. But what is the real truth? Is there an answer to all this? If our material lives are making us happier, then why so many self-help books, films and philosophies? It can't be denied that the times are changing. Every day sees new challenges for our species, while we cause mayhem and madness on an unbelievable scale. But there is a ratio to it all, a rhyme and reason behind everything that we do and everything that affects us. Ancient Code is a collection of 20 fascinating essays - from today's top authors and researchers - which takes a look at the Ancient Code, our relationship with it and how it relates to 2012. You will learn about a power that was first hidden and then lost over time. Many have sought to rediscover it in order to wield it selfishly. Like mad magicians seeking to rule the world, men of renown have fleetingly seen the incredible nature of this Code but all too often they have missed the point. The Ancient Code needs no material gain, no hatred, warfare or drugs, because YOU are the key to the Code... Featuring: Brian Allan, Jack Allis, Kala Ambrose, Nick Ashron, Philip Coppens, Robert Feather, Philip Gardiner, Dr. Mitchell E. Gibson, Andrew Gough, Jasmine Gould, Dan Green, Dr. John Jay Harper, June-Elleni Lane, Janice Manning, Marshall Masters, Brian Mayne, Steve Mitchell, Nick Pope, Dennis Price and Colin Wilson.

Book excerpt: What "internalization" means for writers and critics of Romanticism, including Rousseau, Wordsworth, De Quincey, Baudelaire, Freud, Benjamin, and Sedgwick Winner of the American Conference on Romanticism's Jean Pierre Barricelli Book Prize "Although defining Romanticism is a standing problem for literary history, some notion of internalization at the level of cultural tradition has recurrently been proposed as the solution to that problem . . . In this debate the notion of internalization tends to be handled . . . as a known quantity, whereas I am arguing that the notion itself remains obscure and thus that the problem of internalization and the problem of Romanticism may indeed, with respect to the discourse of literary history, be closely intertwined"—from Feeding on Infinity Notions of "internalization" play an important role in many contemporary fields of discourse, including literary history and theory, psychoanalysis, ideological critique, and learning theory in the social sciences. Indeed, the term "internalization" is pervasive and seems to answer a shared need of expression to such an extent that it is one of those technical words that has found its way into everyday use. But the meaning of this term and the continuities and discontinuities at work in its varied deployment have, for the most part, gone unanalyzed. In Feeding on Infinity, Joshua Wilner explores the power and limits of the discourse of internalization through the close reading of a variety of texts drawn from the Romantic tradition, a tradition which is both source for and oftentimes object of this discourse. Through the study of writers including Rousseau, Wordsworth, De Quincey, Baudelaire, Freud, Benjamin, and Sedgwick, he seeks to deepen our understanding of the problem of internalization, while situating its more or less explicit emergence as a problem in relation to the history of, in Gertrude Stein's phrase, "patriarchal poetics." Through patient attention to the transformations of rhetorical structures of representation and address performed by these works and to the frequent condensation of these transformations in figures of eating and drinking, Feeding on Infinity makes available to inquiry a surprisingly rich and largely unexplored network of connections within the "long" Romantic tradition. At the same time, it forges new links between deconstructive reading practices, psychoanalysis, and recent work in gender studies.

They’ve successfully hidden from watchful law enforcers of the Five Galaxies—until now . . . After making an amazing discovery far away—a derelict armada whose mere existence triggered interstellar war—the Terran exploration vessel Streaker and its crew of humans and dolphins arrive at Jijo in search of sanctuary from the Galactic forces out to destroy them. But they were followed. As behemoth Galactic starships descend upon Jijo, heroic—and terrifying—choices must be made. Together, human and alien settlers must choose whether to fight the invaders or join them. The crew of the Streaker, meanwhile, discovers something that just might save Jijo and its inhabitants . . . or destroy every last one of them. “Well paced, immensely complex, highly literate . . . He tells of the events that prepared him to promote Woodstock, of his experience of organizing the musicians for the concert, preparing them before they went on stage, and of course, his own take on what Woodstock meant to his generation and what it continues to mean for all those who appreciate what occured those three magical days in August 1969
