It's a compilation of 14 of essays that describe what I unlearned, to go from ignorance toward the truth. Essay topics in the book include - Clarity on what we are not. How I began to overcome my biggest fears. Shedding the heaviest emotion. Finally confronting my demon of 1,000 faces. Most importantly, steps toward clearing my mind and achieving inner peace. This isn't about me telling you how to think, it's about empowering you to fight your own gnawing feeling inside by sharing my own journey and some of the techniques I found useful. And I did my best to make the read conversational and concise, so it doesn't feel like a slog you have to get through. I hope you enjoy the book.
