They've been hurting you for a while and you want them to stop without being rude or spoiling your relationship with them. How do you communicate to them that they should stop hurting you without hurting them? There are multiple ways to approach communication. You can either be completely frank and forthright and tell them you don't think too highly of them, in which case you're running your chances with them (you don't want to if it's a boss or co-worker) or you approach the issue in a more diplomatic and smart manner by communicating in a way that they understand without feeling offended. Thus, communication forms the basis of many relationships that we are a part of. And knowing how to communicate with people gives us the superpower or edge to form even more meaningful, rewarding and fulfilling relationships. Remember, communication is the key to relationships and knowing the secrets of communication can help you unlock the potential for maximizing your chances of success in life and relationships.
