Do you desire freedom from ancestral strongholds? Then, this book is for you. Ancestral powers don't have respect for one's personality. The operation of ancestral power can make one bitter. Wealth and education are not security against this satanic power. Ancestral power can destroy riches, connection and render one's certificates useless. It causes sickness that can never be diagnosed. They are very destructive and ruthless. It takes deep wisdom and strategic prayers to deal with critical problems in our lives. My favorite mantra is, "Pray, today, so that you will not have to pray emergency prayers." You have to arise from your spiritual sleep to wage war against forces that have monitored your ancestry for evil until now. Written by divine inspiration and under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, Pastor J.E. Charles has unraveled these mysteries:

This book was released on 2022-08-01 with total page 317 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Generational and family curses and bondage are real distressful experiences that plague and cause us suffering; they complicate and make personal and family life hard and unnecessarily burdensome. Healing You and Your Family Tree is written to address and counter this assault on families by evil forces, and their often hidden and unsuspecting agents. It outlines twelve comprehensive open doors to bondage and, gives insights on how to recognize the operations of demonic powers behind them, and the loopholes, mechanisms and tactics that lead to bondage. This well researched and detailed book is a useful guide to discern family curses that may be causing spiritual distress, the steps necessary to close the doors to evil, and how the power of prayer and intercession in the Spirit opens doors to grace and freedom through faith in the Holy Name of Jesus. Prayer is the antidote to evil, and the master key to healing. Prayer is the life of the soul as water is the life of fish. To pray well is to dwell and move in God. Saint Alphonsus Liguori said those who pray will be saved; those who do not pray will not be saved. The contemplative approach to healing has a special place for the prayer initiative as the gateway to freedom. God indeed governs the world, but prayer governs God. The prayer of faith that saves and heals rests on four solid pillars of prayer, penance, silence and solitude. We learn to pray by praying; when we do, we move mountains and overturn worldly kingdoms, GodaEUR(tm)s reign takes root in our hearts to make all things new in the love of the risen Christ. Christians born again and inserted into Christ by the Spirit in Baptism, united and strengthened in Him through Confirmation and the Sacraments, are prepared for victory in spiritual combat. This book equips readers with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in battles against evils. It prepares believers to gain vital knowledge of self and God, and outlines principles for daily victories in spiritual warfare with the strength of self-knowledge grounded in the truth of GodaEUR(tm)s unconditional love for us, and the armor of light we need to stand firm in faith and to resist and overcome evil. Our senses, thoughts, feelings, and desires help us to navigate the challenging road of suffering due to generational curses. This book helps us to engage our reason and faculties and gifts to cooperate with GodaEUR(tm)s grace to receive healing. We are assured that the ultimate solution to generational suffering lies in the committed and intense relationship with Jesus Christ in a life of charity rooted in truth, humility, moral purity and personal holiness, for the one purpose of acquiring purity of heart, by which we see God. It emphasizes the supreme power and effectiveness of ChristaEUR(tm)s perpetual priestly sacrifice in setting all captives free, and alerts readers to the unseen but game-changing Spirit-inspired intercession of the contemplative approach to healing. Contemplation intensifies GodaEUR(tm)s fire-power in us through the Holy Spirit, we share in Divine intimacy, and are enabled to fight the good fight against the crosses of bondage with a sure and humble resignation to GodaEUR(tm)s Divine and always Victorious will.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Open access edition: DOI 10.6069/9780295749013 At first glance, medicine and poison might seem to be opposites. But in China’s formative era of pharmacy (200–800 CE), poisons were strategically employed as healing agents to cure everything from abdominal pain to epidemic disease. Healing with Poisons explores the ways physicians, religious figures, court officials, and laypersons used toxic substances to both relieve acute illnesses and enhance life. It illustrates how the Chinese concept of du—a word carrying a core meaning of “potency”—led practitioners to devise a variety of methods to transform dangerous poisons into effective medicines. Recounting scandals and controversies involving poisons from the Era of Division to the Tang, historian Yan Liu considers how the concept of du was central to how the people of medieval China perceived both their bodies and the body politic. He also examines the wide range of toxic minerals, plants, and animal products used in classical Chinese pharmacy, including everything from the herb aconite to the popular recreational drug Five-Stone Powder. By recovering alternative modes of understanding wellness and the body’s interaction with foreign substances, this study cautions against arbitrary classifications and exemplifies the importance of paying attention to the technical, political, and cultural conditions in which substances become truly meaningful. Healing with Poisons is freely available in an open access edition thanks to TOME (Toward an Open Monograph Ecosystem) and the generous support of the University of Buffalo.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The philosopher George Santayana once said, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.” His statement rings true in my book Healthy Family Tree. Genealogy is a story of departed moments that, unless you pursue them, become lost in historical dust. I am a teacher of genealogy, a little background as to why my daughter Shirlee asked me for help with a school project called “Creating a family tree.” She was a teenager at the time, and I was thrilled because I thought now she was speaking my language. While instructing her how to search our grandparents’ births, and what manner of death was documented, we became aware of similarities, and the cause of death became a frequent pattern among families. This in itself piqued my imagination because similar trends were present in myself and my immediate family. I began to think what if you could determine a flaw in your body from searching a family tree and ultimately finding a way to protect yourself before it becomes an issue. Wow, I had never linked these together. I have studied herbs for years on how they can help the human organs, so now this made it a challenge. This project screams, “Yes, yes, yes, I do believe it’s possible.” Oh, and one more yes, Shirlee aced her project and gave me the brainchild for this book. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: “Where does the Enforcement Coalition fit into your plans?” Faceless removed his boots. He placed his feet on the corner of his desk and asked, “Why do you suppose I have chosen Strat? I have found my replacement. This will free me to pursue the organization's interests without having to run the day-to-day affairs.” “The boy is only ten years old,” Tooth argued. “You know next to nothing about Strat. He has no formal education. His life has been tormenting and wild. He survived three years on the streets of Jorron – a feat never accomplished – but that does not make him leadership material. What makes you believe he’ll make a good leader?” “How many times must I tell you the same thing before you stop asking the same questions. No matter how you word them, they amount to the same thing. I know you have doubts, and that is okay. What I will not accept is the constant interrogation when you are not satisfied with my answers.” “I worry over the future of the coalition,” Two-tooth stated. “Meaning?” Faceless demanded, his voice a silky whisper. Faceless never moved a muscle, but Two-tooth could swear the man was ready to spring across the desk and kill him. Faceless had never been this way in the past. Something else was at play here. He needed to figure out what before life was lost. Notably, his own. “Just because I abdicated the leadership to you does not mean I stopped worrying about the Enforcement Coalition, Faceless. Politics are dangerous for our members. Killing and stealing are straightforward affairs: politics are not.” “Facetiousness? Assassinations and thefts are contracted, planned, conducted, and concluded by flawless execution. Politics are no different in that regard. Your age is beginning to show, old friend.”
