In Section I. will be found particulars respecting all the ordinary examinations held at regular intervals for situations in the Home Civil Service. Section II. deals with the less important examinations held at irregular intervals. Section IV. deals with the appointments open to girls and women. Section V. is devoted to the Indian and Colonial Services. The Appendix contains a list of the appointments for which a nomination is required, with information in each case respecting the authority with whom the nomination rests.
