En esta línea se presentan los rasgos que el Derecho Internacional Público va pergeñando en la senda de la construcción de una eventual personalidad jurídico-internacional par las ONGs (a día de hoy todavía inexistente en el Derecho Internacional General) con especial atención a las soluciones que se ofrecen en el seno de la Organización de Estados Americanos (OEA).
