Le processus de fabrication du greffon ainsi que le protocole clinique seront décrits. La fiabilité, la pérennité, les avantages et les limites de cette thérapeutique seront discutés ouvrant le débat sur ses perspectives à venir.

A la lumière de ce travail ces matériaux semblent être une alternative intéressante aux autogreffes mais d'autres études sont nécessaires pour définir un choix thérapeutique précis en fonction du matériau utilisé et de la situation clinique.

Nous avons donc développé le sujet sur l'étude pré-opératoire de ce secteur et des greffons allogéniques personnalisés. Une première partie de rappels généraux nous a permis de poser les bases avant d'aborder le coeur du sujet. La seconde partie ; concerne les greffons en eux même, leur protocole de réalisation, avantages et inconvénients et une analyse des différences entre les blocs spongieux et cortico-spongieux personnalisables disponibles sur le marché. La troisième partie ; précise le déroulement de l'analyse pré-opératoire clinique et radiologique, l'importance du cone beam et les particularités à rechercher lors de la lecture de cet examen complémentaire. Enfin, dans une quatrième partie nous avons proposés une classification thérapeutique des défauts osseux présents dans le secteur antérieur maxillaire ainsi qu'une classification thérapeutique afin de faciliter la sélection des patients éligibles à cette technique.
