Members of this association manufacture upwards of ninety percent of the all-leather gloves made in the United States. A proposed code of fair competition for the industry was presented to the Administrator by the association on August 15, 1933, was revised and resubmitted, and a hearing on the revised code was held on September 6, 1933. The code was further revised in subsequent conferences, and is herewith recommended for executive approval.
