L’ultima parte del lavoro, invece, è dedicata alla disciplina civilistica correlata: norme applicabili, statuti e atti costitutivi, acquisto della personalità giuridica e iscrizione al Registro Unico del Terzo Settore. Non manca, infine, una disamina della governance e dei principi di accountability, con particolare attenzione alle modalità e alle conseguenze di eventuali trasformazioni, fusioni e scissioni nonché della cosiddetta societarizzazione degli stessi.
