T. De la Beche, Sir W. E. Logan, D. H. Williams, W. T. Aveline, and T. E. James on the Old Series One-inch Maps 20, 36, and 37, which were published about the year 1845. The separation Of the Rhaetic strata and a revision of the area south of the Coalfield were begun by H. W. Bristow in 1864, and completed by Mr. H. B. Woodward in 1871.
