This is a fully illustrated book in color by Laurinda Brinson: I have been painting for 40+ years and am basically a self-taught artist. In my younger days I taught classes for a local craft store. One of my favorite jobs was working for a well-known furniture manufacturer doing hand painted furniture for about nine years. It never felt like a job because I was always doing what I loved and that was painting. During this time I was privileged to get to paint at Furniture Market and do some designing. I am retired from a public job now but stay busier than ever. In the last couple of years I have been illustrating children's books. This has challenged me in ways I never imagined, but I love learning how to do things. I never want to quit learning. I am also a self-taught jewelry artist and make jewelry to go with books of various writers. The Lord has blessed me in being able to create and make things easily. I give him all the credit. He has been my main teacher through the years and my inspiration.
