Por otra parte, la construcción de obras es una actividad de alta significación social, y que debido a sus características, requiere elaborar estrategias para que la actividad vea reducida su nivel de siniestralidad. Y si bien la construcción requiere de los arquitectos, su intervención debe realizarse con pleno conocimiento del alcance de sus responsabilidades. Claudio Fabián Torres arquitecto, abogado, profesor titular regular de la FADU-UBA aporta una visión sobre el ejercicio profesional de la arquitectura, desarrollando contenidos en forma ágil y accesible. Asimismo, los contenidos son desarrollados tomando como base no solamente las diversas normas reguladoras del ejercicio profesional, sino además el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación, doctrina y jurisprudencia, como así también la propia experiencia profesional.
