Die derzeit vorliegende Evidenz für verschiedene psychotherapeutische Ansätze wird in übersichtlichen Tabellen gegenübergestellt. Abgerundet werden die Leitlinien durch Hinweise für besondere Rahmenbedingungen der Therapie, z.B. die Paar- und Gruppentherapie, besondere Patientengruppen sowie das Vorgehen nach gescheiterten fachgerechten Behandlungsversuchen.
