Quatre rpoblèmes ont été abordés: la modélisation, le calcul des forces de réaction entre le pied et le sol, la commande proprement dite et l'actionnement des articulations. Pour la modélisation du bipède chaque pied a été modélisé comme un corps rigide avec quatre points de contact. Ceci permet de décrire toutes les phases d'une allure de marche ou de course d'un robot humanoïde qui se déplace sur un sol plat et libre d'obstacle. Pour la calcul des forces de réacation entre le pîed et le sol, trois méthodes ont été abordées: par détection d'événements, par capture d'événements et par pénalités. Concernant les méthodes par capture d'événements, une contribution de notre travail vient de la formulation d'un modèle d'impact 3D avec priseen compte de frottements. Concernant les méthodes par pénalités, l'approche proposée est fondée sur une technique de commande non linéaire. Son principal avantage est la facilité du réglage de paramètres du modèle du sol. Pour la loi de commande, nous avons utilisé une techniquie classique de linéarisation et découplage entrée-sortie intégré avec une méthode d'adoucissment de l'erreur de survie récemment proposée. Pour l'actionnement des articulations, nous avons considéré, au niveau des genoux, des modèles de musculotendons proches de l'humain. La contribution de cette partie de la thèse vient de la gestion de al redondance musculaire. Nous avons proposé deux stratégies de commande basées sur l'optimisation quadratique.
