Les deux méthodes présentent certaines lacunes: La simulation est fondée sur des modèles imparfaits tandis que la collecte des données ne peut pas donner des valeurs précises de la température. Pour résoudre ce problème, la mise en place d'une nouvelle méthodologie de validation de modèle de simulation a fait l'objet de ce travail.

Les capteurs présentés sont constitués d'un élément sensible, une thermopile, qui se présente sous forme planaire ou filaire. Ces capteurs étaient réalisés dans notre laboratoire à partir du couple thermoélectrique constantan-cuivre. Ils présentaient l'inconvénient de délivrer un signal dépendant de la température du milieu environnant. Une étude portant sur de nombreux couples métalliques a permis de réaliser une compensation quasi-naturelle en température lors de l'utilisation de la paire fer-nickel. La valorisation de ce couple a nécessite la réalisation d'un banc d'étalonnage spécifique et d'un conditionneur de signal évolutif. Les fonctions de ce conditionneur sont diverses, elles ont notamment permis de mettre en évidence le principe d'une nouvelle méthode de mesure basée sur la réponse temporelle des capteurs à un indice de courant. L'étude de nombreux couples associée aux technologies couches minces permet d'envisager la réalisation de microcapteurs et de nouvelles applications.
