Para poder realizar este proyecto se ha estimado la utilización de la metodología de la ISO 50001, que su finalidad es establecer un Sistema de Gestión Energética eficiente potenciando las oportunidades de ahorro y las energías renovables disponibles de cada proyecto diferente. Para concluir, se ha conseguido reducir un 85% del gasto económico y un 30% del gasto energético referente a la facturación eléctrica anual.

Book excerpt: El objetivo del presente estudio es integrar un sistema energético utilizando la tecnología ya a la venta en una casa unifamiliar situada en el pueblo barcelonés de Santa Susanna, que sea tan beneficioso para el medioambiente como rentable para el usuario. Además, debe integrarse causando el mínimo impacto visual y/o acústico. En primer lugar, se introducen conceptos sobre la energía y su clasificación y se tratan aspectos sobre el estado del mercado energético actual. También se realiza un estudio del consumo y producción de energía a nivel mundial y en España, para finalmente centrar el análisis en las dos fuentes de energía renovables que están resultando más prósperas en España; la eólica y la solar fotovoltaica. Así pues, se proponen tres diseños de conexión a red; uno basado en placas solares fotovoltaicas, otro utiliza un pequeño generador eólico (microaerogenerador) y el último trata de combinar ambas energías. Para cada propuesta, se exponen las características y terminología específicas y se tienen en cuenta condiciones climatológicas, aspectos técnicos de la instalación y limitaciones administrativas, con el fin de obtener la máxima rentabilidad según la retribución sobre la producción energética que se vende a la compañía eléctrica. Por último, se avalúa, si es posible, el ahorro de contaminantes así como su aporte económico, para definitivamente concluir en si la aplicación cumple los objetivos iniciales y si resulta por tanto viable llevarla a cabo. En referencia al sistema fotovoltaico, la poca superficie del tejado donde se instalan los módulos fotovoltaicos y las condiciones no óptimas de orientación e inclinación influyen en que la potencia nominal que se obtiene del conjunto sea tan pequeña que imposibilita hacer efectiva esta alternativa utilizando los aparatos electrónicos que existen actualmente a la venta para este tipo de instalaciones. En cuanto a pequeñas instalaciones eólicas para venta a red, hoy en día en España es inviable dado el marco legislativo existente. Se comprueba que colocando el generador eólico doméstico Swift se necesitaría un tiempo de amortización exagerado, lo cual corrobora que esta instalación no es factible en la actualidad. En cuanto existan tarifas adecuadas a la minieólica se logrará reducir el tiempo de amortización significativamente. Resumiendo, dicha vivienda no es un emplazamiento válido para la venta a red de energía producida por un sistema fotovoltaico que implique un mínimo impacto visual y utilice la tecnología puesta a la venta. Tampoco es viable hoy en día integrar un microaerogenerador para rentabilizar con la venta de energía. Y aunque las condiciones del viento no son las óptimas, cuando se cambie la legislación entorno a la minieólica, si que se logrará obtener un pequeño beneficio económico y ahorro de emisiones contaminantes. Obviamente, tras estos resultados negativos tampoco se puede instalar un sistema que combine ambas energías.
