Nous avons décidé d'élaborer un document d'information écrit à destination de ces patients dans un but d'amélioration de la compréhension de la pathologie et des soins proposés. Matériel et méthode : la notice d'information a été rédigée à partir des données de la littérature scientifique, selon les recommandations HAS et évaluée par des patients grâce à une analyse qualitative thématique après la réalisation d'entretiens individuels semi-directifs. Résultats : le document a été décrit par les patients interrogés comme clair, compréhensible, informatif, intéressant et complet, sa présentation comme attrayante et adaptée. Les critiques positives et négatives exprimées ont permis de corriger certains points du document initial pour aboutir à une version finale plus en adéquation avec leurs attentes. Discussion : ce document a pour but d'être utilisé au cours d'une consultation d'annonce diagnostique, en complément de l'information orale. Il pourra être un outil permettant une amélioration de la démarche d'information et donc de la prise en charge des patients souffrant de TNF.
