Book excerpt: Introduction : Les violences sexuelles ont une forte prévalence à l'université, en particulier dans les facultés de médecine. Les efforts de prévention se multiplient mais semblent insuffisants. Objectif principal: répertorier les outils de prévention primaire des violences sexuelles dans l'enseignement supérieur, au regard du meilleur niveau d'efficacité défini par l'Organisation Mondiale de la Santé, c'est-à-dire permettant une réduction de la victimisation et de déterminer les outils les plus efficaces. Méthode : Revue systématique de la littérature sur l'efficacité des outils de prévention primaire des violences sexuelles dans l'enseignement supérieur, publiée jusqu'en juin 2020. Exclusion des études qualitatives. Recherche effectuée dans trois bases de données (PUBMED, EMBASE, PSYCINFO). Résultats : Inclusion de 33 articles parmi 2741 articles sélectionnés, correspondant à l'analyse de 26 outils de prévention. Il n'existe aucune étude européenne et seulement quatre études ont été réalisées dans des facultés de médecine. La prévention des violences sexuelles se fait principalement au niveau individuel et secondairement au niveau communautaire, par la lutte contre le harcèlement sexuel et le mésusage de l'alcool. Les interventions multiples, de durées plus longues, menées par un animateur spécialisé semblent les plus efficaces. Aborder le thème de la sexualité et dispenser des interventions sous forme d'entretien motivationnel et de rétroaction personnalisée permettrait de diminuer la prévalence des violences sexuelles. Conclusion : Des outils de prévention des violences sexuelles ont démontré leur efficacité et devraient être mis en place dans les universités.
