Dazu wird aufgezeigt, welche positiven und negativen Implikationen ein Umstieg auf einen Online Händel mit sich ziehen würde. Außerdem wird auf die Sortimentspolitik eingegangen und ob Miss Frida ein Spezialist oder Generalist ist. In dem Zuge werden auch die Begriffe: E-Content, E-Commerce, E-Context und E-Connection beschrieben. Auch das Geschäftsmodell und der Betriebstyp im Online-Handel von Miss Frida werden aufgezeigt. Als Vorletztes werden die 3 Formen des E-Orderings beschrieben und grafisch dargestellt. Zuletzt wird eine Reflexionsübung durchgeführt, bei der die strategische Entscheidung der Gründerin hinterfragt wird, Miss Frida als Online-Unternehmen zu lancieren.

Es wird auch auf die Frage eingegangen, welche Herausforderungen das Unternehmen beim Umstieg auf einen Online Shop hat. Im nächsten Schritt werden verschiedene Fragen zur Sortimentspolitik von Miss Frida beantwortet. Dabei werden die Begriffe E-Content, E-Commerce, E-Context und E-Connection erwähnt. Auch das Geschäftsmodell von Miss Frida wird aufgezeigt. Im vorletzten Punkt wird auf die drei Formen des E-Orderings eingegangen und grafisch dargestellt. Dabei wird betrachtet, dass Miss Frida über mexikanische Großhändler die Waren selbst bezieht. Zum Schluss der Hausarbeit wird eine Reflexionsübung beschrieben. Es werden sowohl die Vor- als auch die Nachteile der strategischen Entscheidung, dass Miss Frida ein reines Online-Unternehmen ist, aufgezeigt.
