Why are not we aware of things around us even though we see, feel and hear them? Are we driven to this point by our unconsciousness? Are we really living our life to the fullest or just repeating our full past experiences over and over again? Are we really living our life experiences or our life experiences are living us? When you do your best, you will build your future and clean your past, then your internal self-image will be better and you will accept yourself more than ever, you will start thinking and have plan to succeed, and finally, you will have self-awareness, and the most important thing which is your self-control. These are the seven self-power steps this book is offering. Thinking about what we are thinking about is the key, everything else is secondary. With this book, draw your dream, color it then make it real. With this book, make the rest of your life, the best of your life. The person you will become while you are achieving your goal is more important than the goal itself... your brain delivers you Sensations, Images, Feeling and Thoughts, it is up to you if you want to go to Action.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Years of abuse and neglect have affected my eating and drinking and what was best for me overall. It is hard to eat healthy when there is not enough money to do so. Also, when a victim is an emotional mess, it is hard to eat healthily. In reality, the abuser pretty much dictates what, when, and if you eat at all. Abusers force victims to eat foods that make a victim never want to eat that food again, and some of those foods are healthy foods. There are so many factors in why victims of abuse eat the way they do and why they have eating disorders. Eating healthily is a big deal, especially when a victim becomes malnourished due to abuse. I was anorexic for a few years because of the long-term horrific abuse. At this time I had just had my last child, down to ninety pounds and not able to gain weight no matter what I ate after I got out of the abusive situation. It took years of eating enough healthy food to get my weight back to a normal weight. And then of course, I unintentionally got back into another abusive situation. His control and abuse put me far into debt because I was not going to eat unhealthily and go back to being anorexic ever again. I was forced not to work in this final abusive marriage. I will never get into an abusive marriage again even if I had been lured into abusive marriages in my past by them over and over again. Forced not to work made it so I had to use credit cards in order to eat enough healthy food. At least I was not damaged again by anorexia. No matter how forceful or abusive my husband was then, my kids were not going to go without healthy food even if I was on a tight budget. I would go into debt all over again so they could eat healthy! I keep thinking, I will pay it off and go to work as soon as I am safe enough to get out of this abusive marriage! Finally out of that my last abusive marriage, I am slowly but surely paying off the debt. Yes, with a lot of interest charge, but I am going to be out of debt eventually. I work as much as I can even if I am physically disabled, unlike my last abusive husband; I have to work to eat healthy! I can't worry about the debt or I won't get out! I eat healthy and in time, I will become wealthy enough to be out of debt! Because healthy is wealthy! That is why I wrote this book, to give you the reader, ideas on what and how: to eat, drink, and be the best; forget the rest! I will always be on a tight budget and that is how I will get out of debt. SMART SPENDING HAPPY ENDING!

Book excerpt: Staying busy is easy. Staying well rested-now there's a challenge. How can you keep your energy, happiness, creativity, and relationships fresh and thriving in the midst of never-ending family demands, career pressures, and the stress of everyday life? In Sacred Rest, Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith, a board-certified internal medicine doctor, reveals why rest can no longer remain optional. Dr. Dalton-Smith shares seven types of rest she has found lacking in the lives of those she encounters in her clinical practice and research-physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, sensory, social, creative-and why a deficiency in any one of these types of rest can have unfavorable effects on your health, happiness, relationships, creativity, and productivity. Sacred Rest combines the science of rest, the spirituality of rest, the gifts of rest, and the resulting fruit of rest. It shows rest as something sacred, valuable, and worthy of our respect. By combining scientific research with personal stories, spiritual insight, and practical next steps, Sacred Rest gives the weary permission to embrace rest, set boundaries, and seek sanctuary without any guilt, shame, or fear.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Inspire Integrity is addicting. It focuses on what it means to live an authentic life. Its chapters encourage people of all ages and circumstances to understand that authentic success comes from the attainment of: (1) a sincere sense of contentment, (2) strong personal relationships, and (3) a solid character. This is much different from worldly success such as excessive wealth, fame and popularity - things which, in and of themselves, do not have the capacity to make a person happy. It is designed to help people look critically at their life, think through their decisions, set priorities and goals, develop a solid character, avoid serious mistakes and discover their true passion in life. It draws on the major ethical frameworks of Aristotle, Mill and Kant as well as the Golden Rule as tools to avoid Benjamin Franklin's warning that people tend to get old too soon and wise too late. It presents a roadmap to accomplish this mission and advocates that each reader start the journey to authentic success now! Inspire Integrity focuses on the story of Cash, the racing greyhound, who is world famous and has won tens of millions of dollars winning races. The biggest race of his life is on the horizon and everyone is there, including the press, to cover history in the making. If he wins the race his owner will receive a million-dollar prize. The night before the race, Cash reveals he's not going to race the next day and that he is retiring completely. Shocked, the owner asks him whether he is hurt, mad at her, or too old? He responds that it's none of those things. In fact, he's been doing a lot of critical thinking about his life and has come to the conclusion that all he's ever done is run around dirt racetracks, and he just cannot do it anymore. He finally understands that those little white rabbits that everyone encourages him to chase day and night aren't even real.

He embodies the dynamism of the high-tech world rather than the public corpse of England's MI-6. Dante is as dashing as James in his prime, as charming as Italy herself, as bold and fearless as we imagine ourselves to be. Passoni brings nail-biting suspense, fun and fresh air wherever he goes. If you love Italy, its food, drink, cars and women; if you love adventure and romance touched by an occasional whiff of the outrageous; if you're in need of something legal that will quicken your pulse and reignite your senses . . . Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book is divided in three important parts. Part one talks about God, devil, human, and choices. Part two talks about my biography. My biography reveals some of the reasons why I believe that we are who we are not by choice. Part three talks about the American justice system, and a law suit I filed on my own, against a bank. We say in America justice is for all! I say in America, the justice system is simply a little bit better than other places that Ive been. Ask yourselves, if the law is run by humans, and we know humans dont protect humans right. Humans only protect interest in human rights. How can justice be served to everyone when according to us there is no interest in everyones right? But, its all about perception. Like our God, everyone thinks the way they perceive God is the right way! It may be true according to them. Because, I read an anonymous quote that says, Everyone creates their own reality. As for me, I just order every fiber of my body to give glory to God for whom and what I am today. Who I am which resulting what I am today is all due to God. Because the LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. He has a heart for those of us who are nothing. He sees our needs, even before we ask for help. He blessed me even before I even knew him! He changes my messes in to messages. My biography in the middle of the book will tangibly prove my statement. You will learn about my existence throughout the book. Youll see why I am so in love with the Lord! Most of my siblings have been killed. My father has had 19 kids with eight mothers. Only seven of us remain alive. From 19 kids, he has had five with my mother with whom he was married. I was the first one, but the only one remains alive. See my biography for details. When we create something, we humans issue a manual that tells others how to manage it. The Lord gave the manual of life written with his hand. Thats the 10 commandment. The bible is the development of the Ten Commandments according to human perception. The bible is loaded with philosophy. My belief is whatever it is were doing, we are either inspired by Holy Spirit, or the devil. We say, Those who wrote the bible were inspired by God. The bible talks about the Lord, of course. The authors would have to be inspired by God through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit talks to us, through our perceptions. Im also inspired by God to write this book, because Im talking about God. If this book appears to be against the Lord, may he stop it now!

Love is why we are here. Love is about simplicity, decency, and orderliness. That is what this book is all about. There is so much to talk about, but I have written these nuggets for the world to think about. Here are priceless liberal information for contemplation, reflection, and personal application. Think before you speak, think before you act or react. The intent of this book is to stimulate your thinking for personal growth and emancipation from certain webs that we are entangled with--success at work and in relationships. Our real wealth is in our character, our real beauty is in our attitudes, and our physical, mental, and spiritual health all depends on our ability in applying basic, commonsense approach to our world, other people, and environment. You will also find some jokes, "fun poems," and I want you to most importantly improve the quality of your lives. I hope you experience the highest level of awareness, sing and dance, enjoy loving yourself and others, share what you know and what you have, and may this book fulfill its purpose in arousing your imagination. May you find enlightenment, harmony, success, and freedom.

Book excerpt: Throughout the twelfth century, two rival clans, the Minomoto and the Taira, struggled for supremacy in Imperial Japan. Each attempted a rebellion and, for a time, the Taira gained ascendancy. But their rule turned despotic and at last, during the Genpei War of 1179-1185, the Minomoto drove the Taira out of the capital and took control for themselves. At the final battle of Dan-no-ura, the Taira-born child-emperor and his family all jumped into the Inland Sea to avoid capture and drowned. With them was lost the Imperial Sword, never to be seen again. The Minomoto leader took control, moved the capital, and became the first Shogun of Japan. That much is history. But wherefore come the tales of superhuman strength, the incredible insight, the clandestine knowledge of the Genpei War's heroes? There has been much speculation throughout the generations. Some have called the Minomoto's rise to power destiny, others call it a deal between humans and spirits-since even in death, the eternal Japanese warrior's spirit cannot be laid to rest. How much is truth, how much legend? One can never tell, for there are older, stranger tales as well....
