Book excerpt: Inhaltsangabe:Einleitung: Spätestens seit den allgemein bekannten TV-Formaten wie ‘Die Super Nanny’ oder ‘Die Ausreißer’ wird deutlich, was viele Pädagogen schon seit langem befürchteten: Verhaltensauffällige Kinder scheinen immer häufiger und in immer größeren Ausmaßen zum Alltag dazu zu gehören. 20 bis 25% der Kindergarten- und Schulkinder gelten als verhaltensauffällig oder gar psychisch gestört. Dies äußert sich beispielsweise in Form von Schlaf- oder Essstörungen, depressivem oder aggressivem Verhalten, im Jugendalter zudem in Form von Drogenmissbrauch oder Zerstörungswut. Die Ursachen dieser Verhaltensweisen liegen meist in der frühen Kindheit. Denn erst durch Interaktionen mit der Umwelt, insbesondere den anderen Familienmitgliedern oder Freunden, kann sich das Kind entwickeln. Treten Verhaltensauffälligkeiten auf, muss daher die Familie als Ganzes als auch die Beziehungen der einzelnen Mitglieder untereinander bei der Ursachenforschung einbezogen werden. Es gibt für die Vielzahl an Verhaltensauffälligkeiten jedoch kein Wundermittel. Die pädagogische Praxis versucht daher mit Hilfe verschiedener Beratungsstrategien, Defizite der Kinder bzw. Jugendlichen auszugleichen. Ein Beispiel hierfür ist die systemische Beratung. Da aber in schwerwiegenden Fällen, wie beispielsweise bei psychischen Störungen, Beratung allein nicht ausreicht, ist oftmals eine spezielle Therapie des Kindes unumgänglich. In der vorliegenden Arbeit soll daher untersucht werden, wie wirksam die systemische Familientherapie (SFT) verhaltensauffälliger bzw. –gestörter Jugendlicher ist. Hierzu wird die SFT mit anderen Therapieformen verglichen, um herauszufinden inwiefern die systemische Therapie bei verhaltensauffälligen Jugendlichen wirksamer als andere Therapiemethoden ist. Da allerdings keine allgemeine Form der Verhaltensauffälligkeit existiert, wurden drei Formen zur Veranschaulichung ausgewählt. Dazu gehören Essstörungen, aggressives Verhalten sowie Substanzmissbrauch bei Jugendlichen. Anhand der Analyse verschiedener empirischer Arbeiten soll die Wirksamkeit der unterschiedlichen Therapieformen bei diesen Störbildern miteinander verglichen werden. Zunächst wird auf den Vorgang der Literaturbeschaffung eingegangen und im Anschluss die Geschichte der systemischen Therapie aufgezeigt.
