In appendice vengono proposte pratiche interviste clinico/anamnestiche, specifiche per ogni singolo disturbo; queste sono finalizzate a raccogliere in modo rigoroso le informazioni importanti per procedere all’elaborazione di ipotesi diagnostiche.
