Ciò che ho voluto sottolineare in questo scritto è che la manipolazione delle immagini nella memoria deve sempre, in qualche misura, coinvolgere la psiche come un tutto e dunque se Mnemosine, come dicevano i greci, è la madre delle muse allora la storia dell'educazione di questa, che è la più fondamentale e sfuggente facoltà umana è destinata a tuffarci in acque assai profonde.
