Visa mostrar os variados reflexos de mudanças no processo de inclusão de alunos com necessidades educativas especiais na rede regular de ensino. Essa dissertação promove também uma reflexão acerca das dificuldades, riscos e sucessos que a escola inclusiva proporciona, enfocando assim, uma redefinição da função da educação especial. Ao redefinir a educação, destaca-se como ponto fundamental a importância do papel da família, dos professores e demais educadores, da sociedade e dos governantes na implementação das leis que asseguram a entrada dos alunos na rede regular de ensino. Foi considerado, neste trabalho, como de suma importância, a apresentação de um estudo de caso, enfocando uma escola, que funciona a 21 anos como escola inclusiva e respectivamente a história de vida de uma aluna desta escola, pessoa com necessidades educativas especiais, que hoje também se encontra com 21 anos. Nestas histórias é destacado todo o desafio de um processo de inclusão, tanto familiar, escolar e social. Estas histórias, retratam a possibilidade da inclusão com muito sucesso e mostram alguns princípios fundamentais para vencer os obstáculos que uma pessoa com necessidades especiais sugere. Ainda, neste trabalho, enfoca-se um breve histórico da educação especial no Brasil, como entendimento, para poder contextualizar a atual história, fundamentada hoje em alguns princípios legais. O grande desafio se faz presente, uma educação para todos, respeitando a diversidade humana e a singularidade de cada um. The purpose of this dissertation "People with special educational needfulness: important topics for a included education." is to show the many reflexes of changes in the process of inclusion of students with special educational needfulness in the regular grade of teaching. This dissertation raises, either, a thinking about the difficulties, threats and advantages that the included school allows, focusing so, a new vision about the function of the special education. In this case, is detached as fundamental point the paper of family, of the teachers and others educators, of the society and governments in the compliment of laws that asserts the entrance of students in the regular grade of teaching. It was considered, in this work, as summary importance, the show about a case's study, focusing a life history of a girl, 21 years old, who have special educational needfulness, in a included school, in operation during 21 years too. This history tells all the challenge of the process of inclusion, as familiar as in the school and social. These histories evidences the successful possibility of the inclusion, showing essential sources, tools that a person with special educational needfulness have suggested. Further, in this work, is emphasized a brief historic of the special educational in Brazil, in order to show the real history, based in some rules. The great real challenge is to permit the approach of the educational system for all people, mainly considering the human's diversity and the typically of each one person.
