La grossesse pathologique accentue la vulnérabilité de la femme enceinte. C'est pourquoi, connaître le vécu des femmes concernant leur suivi de grossesse pathologique paraît important. Comment les femmes vivent-elles ou ont-elles vécu leur suivi de grossesse pathologique ? Méthode - L'objectif de cette étude était de décrire le vécu des femmes ayant ou ayant eu un suivi pour une grossesse pathologique. Une étude qualitative inspirée de l'approche phénoménologique interprétative a été réalisée. L'échantillonnage au sein de cette population était homogène et ciblé sur des femmes qui vivaient ou avaient vécu une grossesse pathologique. Des entretiens individuels ont été effectués. Résultats - Le phénomène retrouvé se construit dans la temporalité : le vécu des femmes à propos de leur suivi de grossesse pathologique se construit de façon évolutive pour aboutir aux solutions adéquates pour affronter la situation, impliquant un bouleversement global de leur vie. On constate qu'elles passent par une phase émotionnelle de sidération traumatique compte tenu de l'ignorance de la maladie. Discussion et conclusion - Les patientes ont suggéré un suivi par le médecin traitant renforcé, la distribution de documents explicatifs personnalisés et un suivi psychologique systématique. Ceci, afin d'améliorer le suivi pour une grossesse la plus épanouissante possible malgré la pathologie. Notre étude a fait émaner le fait que l'annonce est l'élément central à ne pas négliger pour qu'une grossesse soit bien vécue. La coordination pluridisciplinaire permet une prise en charge globale de la femme y compris sur le versant psychologique. Le médecin traitant pourrait être davantage impliqué et semblerait pouvoir améliorer le vécu des femmes enceintes.

Elles ont globalement exprimé un avis favorable sur le suivi de grossesse. Chaque professionnel, en partenariat, doit continuer à suivre la grossesse en fonction du risque mais en les informant mieux sur l'offre de soins et la préparation à la naissance et la parentalité. Enfin suite au départ à la retraite de médecins gynécologues et généralistes, dans cette zone rurale déficitaire médicalement, la sage-femme apparaît alors comme le professionnel de recours pour suivre plus de grossesses physiologiques.

The good news is that systems' thinking is possible for anyone. It is always possible for an individual to understand feelings and to integrate them with their more rational brains. In so doing, an individual increases his or her ability to communicate despite misunderstandings or even rejection from important others. The effort involved in creating your Mindful Compass enables us to perceive the relationship system without experiencing it's threats. The four points on the Mindful Compass are: 1) Action for Self, 2) Resistance to Forward Progress, 3) Knowledge of Social Systems and the 4) The Ability to Stand Alone. Each gives us a view of the process one enters when making an effort to define a self and build an emotional backbone. It is not easy to find our way through the social jungle. The ability to know emotional systems well enough to take a position for self and to become more differentiated is part of the natural way humans cope with pressure. Now people can use available knowledge to build an emotional backbone, by thoughtfully altering their part in the relationship system. No one knows how far one can go by making an effort to be more of a self-defined individual in relationships to others. Characterized by a very dense visual style, featuring flowery backgrounds and big-eyed, androgynous boys and girls, it is an extremely popular and prominent genre in Japan. Why is this genre so appealing? Where did it come from? Why do so many of the stories feature androgynous characters and homosexual romance? Passionate Friendship answers these questions by reviewing Japanese girls’ print culture from its origins in 1920s and 1930s girls’ literary magazines to the 1970s “revolution” shojo manga, when young women artists took over the genre. It looks at the narrative and aesthetic features of girls’ literature and illustration across the twentieth century, both pre- and postwar, and discusses how these texts addressed and formed a reading community of girls, even as they were informed by competing political and social ideologies. The author traces the development of girls’ culture in pre–World War II magazines and links it to postwar teenage girls’ comics and popular culture. Within this culture, as private and cloistered as the schools most readers attended, a discourse of girlhood arose that avoided heterosexual romance in favor of “S relationships,” passionate friendships between girls. This preference for homogeneity is echoed in the postwar genre of boys’ love manga written for girls. Both prewar S relationships and postwar boys’ love stories gave girls a protected space to develop and explore their identities and sexuality apart from the pressures of a patriarchal society. Shojo manga offered to a reading community of girls a place to share the difficulties of adolescence as well as an alternative to the image of girls purveyed by the media to boys and men.
