Generalmente, se reprocha a las doctrinas evang�licas un concepto de la libertad que siempre les fu� extra�o. Por eso, la lectura de "La libertad cristiana" puede prestar inmensos beneficios en este sentido, porque es aqui, en esta obra "pequena por su extensi�n, pero grande por su contenido", donde est�n fijados con suma claridad los conceptos verdaderamente evang�licos o protestantes de la libertad y la sujeci�n, de la fe, las obras y el amor cristianos.
