Im Rahmen einer längerfristigen Gesundheitspolitik hebt z.B. das Ministerium für Arbeit, Gesundheit und Soziales des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen u.a. die "Gesundheitsförderung und Prävention" als eines von 5 Strukturzielen und die Partizipation und Chancengleichheit von Migrantinnen und Migranten als ein relevantes Querschnittsthema hervor (MGSFF 2005: 6). In eine ähnliche Richtung argumentiert das Ministerium für Generationen, Familie, Frauen und Integration des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen mit seinem "Aktionsplan Integration", indem es die Wichtigkeit des Sportes als Integrationsinstrument betont, weil es verbindet, das Miteinander fördert und Gemeinsamkeiten schafft (MGFFI, 2006: 13). Was bedeutet jedoch Integration und wie ist die Notwendigkeit und Wertigkeit einer Gesundheitsbildung einzuordnen? Geht das eine ohne das andere?
