While this center of creativity has often been portrayed as a smoothly running machine, within these offices many white-collar workers challenged the managers and executives who directed their labors. Eye of Newt Books wants to let you know that someone in this process took it seriously, tried to follow the rules, and is going to make it a nice artbook that will have you laughing, crying, and cringing by the end. That is...if you read it from cover to cover (which I don't recommend because that would be following the "rules").
