Section 1 of this workbook develops editing and revising skills by giving students practice correcting and improving passages. By completing this section, students will develop the skills needed to achieve a high language score, become familiar with the question types on the state test, and gain experience completing revising and editing tasks. The Reading score is determined based on multiple choice questions assessing phonics, decoding, vocabulary, and comprehension. AIMS Reading Test Preparation The AIMS Reading test items include multiple choice questions that assess language and vocabulary skills.
