Dabei ist allerdings auch zu erwähnen, dass es viele Überlebende der Kriegs- und Nachkriegszeit gibt und zu dieser Zeit sexuelle Gewalt sehr häufig vorkam. Bei Männer und Jungen gibt es noch keine greifbaren Zahlen. Das liegt daran, dass die Dunkelziffer nicht zu schätzen ist. Es besteht eine hohe Hemmschwelle beim männlichen Geschlecht, über solche Vorkommnisse zu sprechen. Momentan wird geschätzt, dass jeder 7. Junge zum Opfer wurde. Vermutlich wird aber die tatsächliche Zahl nicht viel geringer sein als bei Mädchen. Kinder, Jugendliche, Männer und Frauen müssen für dieses Thema - welches nur am Rande der Wahrnehmung abläuft - sensibilisiert werden, deshalb habe ich es zum Gegenstand dieser Seminararbeit gemacht. Was ist sexueller Missbrauch? Wie sehen die Möglichkeiten und Effekte der Aufklärung zu sexuellem Missbrauch aus? Da Sexueller Missbrauch häufig im nahen sozialen Umfeld, durch Tanten, Nachbarn, Brüder, Lehrer usw. geschieht, liegt mir sehr viel daran, dieses Thema anzugehen. Zuerst möchte ich sexuellen Missbrauch definieren, damit klar ist, mit welchem Gegenstand sich diese Arbeit beschäftigt. Danach möchte ich kurz auf die Folgen eingehen, um ein Verständnis dafür zu entwickeln, wie schrecklich eine solche Erfahrung sein kann. Dies alles soll als Einführung für das eigentliche Thema dienen: Wie kann man mit Jugendlichen zu diesem Thema arbeiten? Es werden Wege gezeigt, was zu diesem Thema in der Bildungsarbeit mit Jugendlichen getan werden kann. Danach folgen kurzgefasst einige Ratschläge und Interventionsmaßnahmen um einen Anhaltspunkt zu geben wie reagiert werden sollte, falls es bereits zur sexuellen Gewalt kam oder diese noch besteht.
