The idea of the book arose from the desire to find a common ground between industries that are important for safety. The resulting text allows readers to consumer the book as a whole, or to read individual chapters and subchapters, out of sequence as it suits their needs regardless of whether they are a new student pilot, or a seasoned professional aviator.
