He is a lawyer; Roman Catholic; married; member Of the knights-oi Columbus, Ancient Order of Hibernians, Catholic Order Of Foresters, Manchester Historical Society and Manchester Publicity Association. He was a member of the House of Representatives in 1899, 1901 and 1903, Of the State Senate in 1905 and Of the Constitutional Convention of 1912. On election day he received votes to for Samuel H.
