It is also available with dated or undated journal pages. The dated journals start January 1 and go through December 31. If tracking the progress of multiple goals, here are a couple of suggestions on how to use the notebook effectively. Color Key Index - Use a different color for each of the goals you are tracking. This allows you to easily reference the progress achieved with each goal. It also eliminates needing to write in the name of the goal with each entry. Simply create an index key with the goal's name and the corresponding color. Goal Entry by Section - If you are looking to record more than a sentence or two regarding the progress of multiple goals, we recommend the undated journals. It allows you to enter the date. Thus, the same date can be entered for different goals. (After entering the date, the goal's name can be entered next to the date, and then the action step(s) taken for that goal during the day.)
