Behind the CONTROLLER was a group of Senators, Representatives and some very rich influential business people that had gotten together to make sure justice by our laws was handed out and the guilty punished accordingly no matter how. It seemed that in the center of Massachusetts at the time had some real problems that needed such an individual.
