In order to target those food products that may be more vulnerable to Y2K problems, a "Top 100 Foods" list was compiled by Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada; significant levels of purchase by Canadian consumers and nutritional importance were key criteria used to elect foods for inclusion on the list.
