Diese Arbeit argumentiert, dass die Kommunikation zwischen Schülern und Lehrern ein ausschlaggebender Faktor ist, denn Lehrer und Lehrerinnen haben, neben der Verpflichtung Wissen zu vermitteln, auch einen Erziehungsauftrag. Neben der reinen Wissensvermittlung ist die Kommunikation somit ein wichtiger Aspekt in der Erziehung und der Vermittlung von Werten.

Im Folgenden soll zunächst einmal der Bereich der Störungen analysiert werden, wobei ein deutlicher Schwerpunkt auf der Funktion des Lehrers liegen wird, dessen Verhaltensweisen und Einstellungen zu Schülern, Unterricht und Schule genauer betrachtet werden sollen. Wo liegen gravierende Fehlerquellen des Lehrers vor allem im Umgang mit seinen Schülern? Welches sind die Gründe und Ursachen für ein Misslingen der Kommunikation im Unterricht? Bei dieser Untersuchung werden weiter - jedoch nur peripher - das Einwirken institutioneller Bedingungen wie auch der Einfluss der Schüler auf Beeinträchtigungen der unterrichtlichen Kommunikation Berücksichtigung finden, vornehmlich jedoch auch hier in Bezug auf die Rolle des Lehrers. Im Anschluss daran sollen Ideen und Ansätze zur Verbesserung thematisiert werden, wobei auch hier vor allem das Auftreten und Verhalten des Lehrers zu seinen Schülern im Mittelpunkt stehen wird. Welche Auswirkungen kann eine Veränderung des Umgangs miteinander auf die Beziehung zwischen Lehrern und Schülern und letztendlich auch auf das Gesprächsverhalten haben? Erneut wird der Fokus vorrangig auf der Person des Lehrers liegen, da es für ihn am wahrscheinlichsten ist, dass er Neuerungen durchsetzen könnte, sofern er nicht vollkommen wirklichkeitsferne Umwälzungen anstrebt. Zumindest im kleineren Rahmen wird es ihm am ehesten gelingen, Veränderungen durchzusetzen, wobei er sicherlich zunächst bei der eigenen Person, der eigenen Wahrnehmung und Haltung ansetzen muss. Aber auch hinsichtlich der Unterrichtsführung und der Methoden ist ein Umdenken erforderlich, weshalb auch diesbezüglich Überlegungen angestellt werden sollen. Auch die Frage, ob und inwiefern ein Lehrer institutionelle und organisatorische Gegebenheiten ändern und idealere Voraussetzungen für die Kommunikationsförderung schaffen kann, wird untersucht werden. Abschließend soll - allerdings nur knapp - ein Konzept Klipperts Beachtung finden, der eine Verstärkung des "Kommunikationstrainings" ["Kommunikationstraining" lautet auch der Titel von Klipperts Buch] für die Schüler fordert, das mit aufeinander aufbauenden Trainingsbausteinen arbeitet. Klippert bietet dabei vielfältige Anregungen und Vorschläge für die Praxis, die hier leider nur angedeutet werden können. Verständlicherweise kann es sich im Rahmen dieser Arbeit lediglich um einen unvollständigen Überblick an Überlegungen handeln - zumal er auf die Lehrerseite reduziert werden soll, obwohl unzählige Ursachen und Faktoren die Kommunikation im Unterricht, sei diese gelungen oder gestört, maßgeblich mitbestimmen, weil sie allesamt für unterschiedlichste Wechselwirkungen mitverantwortlich sind.

Zweitens werde ich die Schüler-Lehrer-Beziehung näher analysieren, und deren Auswirkung auf die Lernfähigkeit der Schüler mit der Hattie-Studie verdeutlichen. Abschließend werde ich ein Fazit aus dieser Arbeit ziehen, welches die Importanz einer gut durchdachten Schüler-Lehrer-Beziehung demonstrieren soll.
