Book excerpt: Path to Soul to Heal is a simple but powerful take on how the author healed their body, even though Western medicine says there is no cure for autoimmune diseases. Fortunately, God told him the truth: "The body will heal when you align with me, and I will guide you!" On this healing journey, he celebrates the amazing connection that each one of us has with God and the universe. He answers questions such as: - How can we properly nourish our physical bodies? - How can we overcome a state of fear? - How has humanity manipulated the Bible? The author observes that we have a food system that does not care about health and a health system that does not care about food. We are deliberately and constantly bombarded with toxins to keep us in a low-vibrational state of fear, hopelessness, and sickness. But by working with God, we can achieve a type of healing that virtually everyone says is impossible. Join the author as he celebrates what's possible when we look to the Lord for answers.

Book excerpt: How could God not bring a miracle? This question continued to play in author Ginger Dannhaus' head, as she grappled with her mother's death from a rare autoimmune disease. Before she could handle her grief, Ginger witnessed her dad's remarriage to an untrustworthy woman that she didn't approve. Ginger didn't know God personally, being confused by the Bible, but Ginger shares how she found restoration through God in her new autobiography, Giving God Glory. One right after the other, Ginger began to experience God encounters that encouraged her family to move into the country and face challenges of life together. Even when she was diagnosed with a neuro-autoimmune disease, Ginger found hope through the Bible and felt God gave insight into how to care for her health. Included in the book are also several selections of her written prophetic poetry: all to prove when much is given, much is required. www.gingerdannhaus.com

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: John was always healthy. Then at age twenty-six a rare autoimmune disease struck out of nowhere. “Idiopathic,” doctors said of the phenomenon that tried to take his life violently several times and to destroy his spirit more quietly over the next several years. Since John Got Sick: A Quest for Survival and Faith is the story of a young man’s heroic battle to survive both the initial onslaught and the ongoing assault of a traumatic autoimmune disease and its ensuing consequences (including dialysis, disability, transplant, depression, opioid dependence, and post-traumatic stress disorder). Simultaneously, it is the story of a mother’s love and strength against daunting odds, including donating a kidney. Traumatic illness often ends in a relatively quick death or a sudden miraculous recovery. John’s was neither. His is a story, with parts written in his words, of courage, endurance, and patience, along with a stubborn refusal to quit. While his mother sought God and prayer, John’s will to live was based in something else—perhaps even more intrinsic. For anyone who has suffered a serious illness, whether personally or with a child; anyone facing the challenges of autoimmune disease; and any medical professionals who have worked to help them, this book provides insight from the patient’s perspective. Patient advocates, clergy, and community members may benefit from vicariously experiencing the multifaceted challenges—mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and financial—shown here. And likely any mother, or parent, will identify, feel the heartache, and wonder, Why not me?

If you think you’ve read all you need to know about healing, it’s time to take another look. In this updated edition with expanded material, Dr. Wright clearly shows that disease is not a random occurrence and that science and medicine have their place in dealing with illness but can only offer disease management. What if the answers to true healing and freedom have been in the Bible all along? Dr. Wright spent decades learning the spiritual roots of disease and blocks to healing. In his journey, he discovered that there is a spiritual root issue in about 80 percent of all diseases, which is a direct result of a breakdown in our relationship with God, ourselves, or others. Through his groundbreaking teachings, he helped hundreds of thousands to experience wholeness in their lives. If you have recently received a diagnosis or have been struggling with your health for years, there is hope and healing ahead. “Dr. Henry Wright destroys the lie that we are helpless victims of diseases…. This book is long overdue and is essential reading for any Christian struggling with sickness and for those who seek to minister to them.” —Dr. Rebecca Williams, MA, MB ChB, DRCOG, DCH, DTM&H “Dr. Wright uses a solid scriptural base to reveal the roots of disease and give clear guidance on how we can be free in spirit, soul, and body!” —Sheila Pitcock, LVN

Book excerpt: Through My Eyes: My Miracle Journey with Autoimmune Disease was born after surviving chilling and far-fetched ailments beyond my control. I first learned about Autoimmune Disease when I physically experienced some of the adverse effects first hand such as the inability to swallow liquids, control my eyeballs and eyelids, and trouble walking or lifting, to name a few. In 2011 I became very ill, slipped into a coma and then renal failure. As my organs began shutting down my family was told I needed a liver transplant. God stepped in not a moment too soon nor a minute late, I had a liver within a matter of hours unbeknownst to me. When I "returned" I was told my liver was bad and I had been given a new one but I was unable to move or speak. Being alive today I wish to share with others the miracle God worked in my life thus "Through My Eyes" was born and offers a paramount ride through the complications, trials, feelings and outcomes of this journey.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Back in the late 90s I was singing in the church choirs giving God all my talents and gifts. I would see people visiting the church who had Vitiligo, I would go up to them introduce myself and give them a hug. Because I know what theyve been going through. People always are approach me, asking me how was I able to walk around without the makeup on. I let them know that Its God working in me, Hes the one whose keeping me, Protecting us. We cant do anything without him. Once when I was at the YMCA and a lady run from behind her counter telling me about her Vitiligo and how she cant deal with it. One day a total stranger approached me telling me about his problem with dating and Vitiligo. I have a friend who has a neighbor who both her and her husband have Vitiligo. Im always encouraging people, letting them know they can make it. Once I was at the gas station, getting my inspection ticker and an older man was just setting there. I never saw him even look up at me, he just started talking to me, saying, my daughter in law has what you have, I said whats that. He said that, I said oh Vitiligo? He said, my son wants to take his wife out to dinner and to a movie, but she wont come out of the house. There are people all over the world who are struggling, refusing to remove their makeup, hiding in their closets, behind closed doors because theyre so afraid of what people will say about them. It wasnt until I started to sell my book when all the pieces started to come together. It was all the feed back that I was getting back from the people who had read my book that made me realize that all the pain that I went through was not for me, but it was for your pain. The Lord had told me to write this book two years ago. The Lord was preparing me some forty-two years ago. This book was wrote for you, and your pain not mine. The Lord has brought me through all of this to help somebody else. It never was about me, its always been about you and your pain. This book was written as a tool to help other people who don't understand what Vitiligo is, or what do people go through. God took me through all of this for forty-two years just to allow me to write this book. To help other people who are still going through all the physical and mental pain. It really doesn't matter what the illness is. This book can help start the beginning process of I can make it. By taking one day at a time. Pray to God for healing the mind, the spirit, the heart, your esteem, your life. We all must start somewhere, sometime. Start today. God can do anything but fail. God Bless you Norene L. Willis
