Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: When the sky bleeds is a tale of love, sacrifice, struggle, courage, poverty, betrayal and revenge. It's all about finding inner strength even when there's hardly any glimmer of hope. It concludes with conviction that where there's true love, there's way. At the centre of the action is a small village in Rajasthan. The story covers three generations and shows how when the time changes, everything around changes; however the women of the village remain doomed forever under the mercy of dominating men and selfish relatives. The protagonist of the story is a soft-spoken, kind hearted village woman - Bhoomi. True to her name, she remains patient like the earth, which bears all the misdoings of mankind. Then one fine day, just like the earth which when loses its patience, wreaks havoc; the protagonist Bhoomi emerges from the background and even in dire circumstances, stands for what truly belongs to her. How Bhoomi stands up for her loved ones, how she triumphs in spite of everything and becomes a testimony of love and sacrifice for the women folk around her, forms the crux of the story. As the story progresses, the action shifts between Mumbai and Rajasthan, unleashing an eager feeling of what could unfold next. The plight of the women, from the village to city, seems no different. This aspect touches one's heart and bleeds it profusely.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: Return with us now to those thrilling days of yesteryear, when from out of the past come the thundering hoofbeats of the great horse Silver! The Lone Ranger rides again! Who was the mind behind The Lone Ranger? It's 1930s Buffalo, and the Great Depression rages. Playwright Fran Striker needs to write the pilot for a new radio show but, first, he must overcome writer's block, defeat a curse, foil a plot to assassinate FDR, and recover stolen diamond rings belonging to alcoholic boxing champion. Who was that masked man? Based on the controversial true-life story of Lone Ranger creator Fran Striker, Yesteryear takes us on a magical journey leading to an icon's debut, a show that provided hope to Americans during the country's darkest days. Populated by characters of the era— radio actor John Barrett, Mafioso Stefano Magaddino, former lightweight champion Jimmy Slattery, and president-elect Franklin D. Roosevelt— Eoannou's latest novel breathes new life into the immortal Lone Ranger, and the man who struggled to create him, echoing the spirit of W.P. Kinsella's Shoeless Joe, Bernard Malamud's The Natural, Daniel Wallace's Big Fish.

Book excerpt: In an all-new series, New York Times bestselling author Yasmine Galenorn invites readers to Whisper Hollow, where spirits walk among the living and the lake never gives up her dead… Fifteen years ago, I ran away from Whisper Hollow, Washington, a small town on Crescent Lake in the Olympic Peninsula. But truth is, if you were born here, you can never really leave. I’m Kerris Fellwater, and when I returned, I inherited my grandmother’s house—and her gift. As a spirit shaman, it’s my responsibility to drive the dead back to their graves, because around Whisper Hollow, people—and secrets—don’t always stay buried. When I was little, I was told my mother ran off. But now it looks like she was murdered. With the help of my mysterious neighbor Bryan, we begin to unravel the mystery of her disappearance, and in doing so, unearth a dark force seeking to bury Whisper Hollow. Now I must work with the dead, rather than against them, because our enemy will do whatever she can to destroy the town, and she means to start with me.

With cemeteries being ransacked and spirits being harvested by a sinister, otherworldly force, Aeval sends us to rescue the missing wife of a prominent member of the Fae nobility. Our search leads us to the mysterious Aleksais Psychic Network and, ultimately, to face the Lord of Ghosts where Morio and I must undergo a ritual that will plunge us directly into the world of the dead.

Of feelings and emotions that were never adequately expressed. The book is divided into 4 chapters namely Bare Beginnings, Mayday Masks, Forgotten Farewells, and Hard Healings. Each, a stage of the journey so far. The poems in each chapter walk us through the feelings and emotions of each stage. It is essential to note that even though the stages are expressed in chronological order, it isn’t always so. In a journey, it is possible and quite alright to go back to certain stages or even skip some. A journey of anything is far from linear and consistent. M.O.M hopes to provide comfort and a sense of belonging to readers in knowing that they aren’t alone in their struggles, whether they’re at the beginning as they fumble in the darkness or have accepted their fate and resolve to hide their pain as they struggle to endure it or have lost all hope and prepare to say farewell or have found the strength to continue yet find healing a not-so-easy or linear process but still continue on a recovery that will be worth it. It serves to remind, You are not alone.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The book is a collection of poems dealing with various themes, emotions, and mental states, the overarching, unifying idea being weariness. Boredom may involve other people or a repetition of similar instances, but true boredom always involves the self. As others have noted, one can never escape the self therefore, boredom always seems to follow the weary soul. Boredom may become a state of mind or even a state of being that is very difficult to escape. But there is also languor which turns weariness into a rather pleasant state. The poems try to deliniate some of these subtleties.
