Das Führungspersonal ist dabei nicht nur für das Management und die damit einhergehende Organisation von Aufgaben und Prozessen im Unternehmen zuständig, sondern auch für die Mitarbeiterführung, die im Kern durch die Motivation sowie die Leistung und Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeiter geprägt ist. Besonders erfolgreich sind Menschen, die in einer Umgebung arbeiten, in der sie ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen entfalten und ausleben können und sich wohlfühlen. Wie diese Ziele erreicht werden können und wie die Kombination von ethischem und effizientem Verhalten erfolgt, wird in dieser Seminararbeit mit dem Titel „Ethische Mitarbeiterführung“ behandelt. Diskutiert wird auch, wie die Mitarbeiter angemessen behandelt werden sollen und wie mit ihrer Würde umzugehen ist. Im Verlauf dieser Seminararbeit wird auf folgende Forschungsfrage detailliert eingegangen: Welche Vorteile birgt die ethische Mitarbeiterführung und wie kann sie in einem Unternehmen umgesetzt werden? Die genannte Forschungsfrage wird ausführlich diskutiert und beantwortet. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, das ethische Führungsverhalten in einem Unternehmen umzusetzen und die Vorteile daraus erkennbar zu gestalten. Im weiteren Verlauf erfolgt die Implementierung und Erstellung eines Ethikleitfadens für die Mitarbeiterführung in einem Unternehmen.
