The 23 chapters are divided into five parts. The first part - Toxicity Testing - describes the basic concepts and methodologies used in aquatic toxicity testing. Sublethal Effects, the second part, presents information on sublethal effects testing and its utility in evaluating the less obvious effects of chemical exposure on aquatic organisms.
