So, while we waited for Sebastián, I started writing these little musings of our stay in the city. I must say, Sebastián gave me ample time to sit down to write. He was scheduled to arrive between July 10 and 12 (I know, I know, it's not an exact science), but the dates came and went and no sign of the kid. Meanwhile we made good use of the time by taking in some of the new art shows in various museums, taking photos and writing. Two and a half weeks later, I wondered if the boy didn't want to face this world. Can't say I blame him. Is he holding us hostages? Maybe he wants me to write all this down, and he's giving me more time? All these questions and more will be answered (I hope), in Waiting for Sebastián.
