It is key to both the prevention and healing of disease. Building Wellness with DMG tells the amazing story of DMG and how this multi-functioning nutrient has the power to fight disease, ward off secondary infections, give you greater energy and stamina, improve sexual function, decrease epileptic seizures, and enhance brain function. Research suggests that because DMG boosts our cell’s most basic functions, it is a vital nutrient to take. The many benefits of DMG include: • Cardiovascular Disease-Decreases elevated triglyceride and cholesterol levels. Improves circulation, helps the body adapt to stress, decreases homocysteine levels, and promotes glutathione and SAMe synthesis. • Cancer-DMG has anti-tumor properties, modulates the immune system, and helps protect DNA. • Diabetes-DMG regulates sugar metabolism, helps the production of hormones like insulin, helps with cataract prevention, and acts as an antioxidant. • Immune System-Enhances the immune system by acting as an antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-fungal agent. • Athletic Performance-Increases oxygen utilization, decreases lactic acid formation, and makes energy production more efficient. • Other Conditions-Research also suggests that DMG is beneficial for autism, neurological disorders, circulatory insufficiencies, epilepsy, liver and kidney disorders, autoimmune disease, addictions, and respiratory disease.

Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The importance of environmental factors in the etiology of the major degener ative diseases, including cancers, is now generaIly accepted. Evidence obtained from studies with experimental animals and from human populations associates nutritional factors and dietary constituents with the causation of cancers at differ ent sites in the body. Estimates by epidemiologists based on comparisons of various population groups have indicated that as much as 50% of the cancer mortality may be influenced by diet. An important indicator is found in migrants to the United States or to other countries who develop the spectrum of cancers typical for the United States (or other countries) but different from that reported for their native country. About 20% of aIl deaths (450,000 per year) in the United States are caused by cancer. In addition, as the population grows the number of cancer cases steadily increases, but the age-adjusted total cancer incidence and mortality rates for sites other than the respiratory tract (cancers primarily attributable to cigarette smoking) have remained stable during the last 30 to 40 years. If one-half of these cancers are associated with dietary practices, an understanding of the process could save about 225,000 lives each year. The causes of cancer have been an important area of cancer research for many years. Certainly if one understands how the diet or the environment affects cancer, great insights might be gained into the mechanisms of cancer as weIl.

Book excerpt: civiLIESation: The Undeniable Truth is an in-depth look at what we are, who we are, and the ultimate purpose of our existence. The cosmos is a grand miracle, and though we dont know its origin or purpose, one thing does remain true and that is that the entire cosmos is made up of energy, the energy of creation. The Earth is a living biosphere that is a product of the atomic expansion of the universe. The Earths containment system allows for the sustainability of life. During the early stages of civilization life was reckless, barbaric, and uncontained. It would take thousands of years for the primitive energy to evolve into a sophisticated, civilized energy. One of the key factors for a shift in human behavior was through the conception of ego energy. The ego would be responsible for the governing power of civilization known as The Mass of Collective Energy. CiviLIESation explores illusionary perceptions, projections, and reflections of the ego. CiviLIESation is a presentation of conscious awareness.
