Book Synopsis Unlocking Arizona's Prophetic Destiny by : Deb Welch
Download or read book Unlocking Arizona's Prophetic Destiny written by Deb Welch and published by Gateway Press. This book was released on 2014-02-10 with total page 101 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I have had the privilege of serving the Lord and Arizona, by mobilizing non-stop prayer throughout the State since New Year’s Eve 2007 through a prayer initiative called “The Torch”. As part of this journey, I have collected and mobilized prayer for the prophetic words that have been released over Arizona. What an amazing destiny the Lord has for the A to Z State! I have found references to Phoenix and Arizona in words from as early as 1965. This compilation is by no means meant to represent an all-inclusive list, but has been published as a guide to be used to bring encouragement. My prayer is that it will be used as a resource to pray and decree Arizona’s great destiny until we see these things come to pass. I am passionate about seeing those things spoken over Arizona come to pass. I am believing as you use this guide to pray for Arizona, you will be ignited with that same passion. I have been bold and have told the Lord I didn’t want to hear about another move of your spirit somewhere else; I want to experience the fullness of what You have promised here in Arizona! I understand that some prophesies require action on our (the Church’s) part, but I believe that as we continue to seed the atmosphere with these words and remind the Lord of His promises, we will see things shift and actions that need to happen will come into reality and we will see Arizona walk in her redemptive purposes.

Download or read book WHEN LIONS ROAR written by Dr. Prophet Jerome A Jeffcoat Sr. and published by Jerome Jeffcoat. This book was released on with total page 118 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: I have been searching to learn what it means to be a prophet of the Lord. One key principle I have learned is you don't have to be what you already are. Prophets come in different shapes and sizes with big personalities. I have been around a lot of them. My goal in this book is to give you a clear look at how prophets function in the church today. We use a lot of old and New Testament examples. I remember when I was a young man about 15 and my next-door neighbor was rushed to the hospital, and I knew she was not coming back she was going to die. A friend of mine’s mom was in the hospital, and I knew she was going to die so I did not go and pray for her. So many times, God showed me things but did not tell me why. As prophets we are God's spokesmen, we are not allowed to speak are own opinions. In this book we will learn how to deliver what God says effectively. We will get a picture of what it means to be a prophet, prophetic Protocol, and a lot of different moves of the Spirit o

That one simple act can create a legendary legacy that lives on from generation to generation and forever changes the course of humankind as we know it. In Legendary Woman, Bible teacher Michelle McClain-Walters gives flight to the legendary nature in each woman who dares to dream and risk everything to live out her divine purpose. Through the stories of women in Scripture and history, the book presents twelve characteristics of a legendary woman, and challenges you to identify your defining moments—when your destiny intersects with an epic need within your family, community, nation, or your world—and be willing to say yes to the legendary role God has uniquely fashioned for you. In addition, prayers and biblically based confessions, affirmations, and declarations throughout the book will fill you with the confidence you need to embrace who you are at every level. This is the finest hour in human history to be a woman. The Lord Most High is activating an army of women who will lead, preach, pray, prophesy, and prosper under the active guidance of the Holy Spirit. Every woman has a place in this army. Download or read book Eros Ideologies written by Laura E. Pérez and published by Duke University Press. This book was released on 2019-10-11 with total page 220 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: In Eros Ideologies Laura E. Pérez explores the decolonial through Western and non-Western thought concerning personal and social well-being. Drawing upon Jungian, people-of-color, and spiritual psychology alongside non-Western spiritual philosophies of the interdependence of all life-forms, she writes of the decolonial as an ongoing project rooted in love as an ideology to frame respectful coexistence of social and cultural diversity. In readings of art that includes self-portraits by Frida Kahlo, Ana Mendieta, and Yreina D. Cervántez, the drawings and paintings of Chilean American artist Liliana Wilson, and Favianna Rodriguez's screen-printed images, Pérez identifies art as one of the most valuable laboratories for creating, imagining, and experiencing new forms of decolonial thought. Such art expresses what Pérez calls eros ideologies: understandings of social and natural reality that foreground the centrality of respect and care of self and others as the basis for a more democratic and responsible present and future. Employing a range of writing styles and voices—from the poetic to the scholarly—Pérez shows how art can point to more just and loving ways of being.
Book Synopsis Suicide of a Superpower by : Patrick J. Buchanan
Download or read book Suicide of a Superpower written by Patrick J. Buchanan and published by Macmillan. This book was released on 2011-10-18 with total page 497 pages. Available in PDF, EPUB and Kindle. Book excerpt: The New York Times–bestselling conservative author explains why he believes certain social trends will lead to the downfall of the United States. America is disintegrating. The “one Nation under God, indivisible” of the Pledge of Allegiance is passing away. In a few decades, that America will be gone forever. In its place will arise a country unrecognizable to our parents. This is the thrust of Pat Buchanan’s Suicide of a Superpower, his most controversial and thought-provoking book to date. Buchanan traces the disintegration to three historic changes: America’s loss of her cradle faith, Christianity; the moral, social, and cultural collapse that have followed from that loss; and the slow death of the people who created and ruled the nation. And as our nation disintegrates, our government is failing in its fundamental duties, unable to defend our borders, balance our budgets, or win our wars. How Americans are killing the country they profess to love, and the fate that awaits us if we do not turn around, is what Suicide of a Superpower is all about. Praise for Suicide of a Superpower “Suicide of a Superpower traces the changes in governance and culture in America that foreshadow a decline of epic proportions. . . . Buchanan is no stranger to controversy. Nor is he prone to exaggerate. The crises he describes are real, and he is not afraid to say they ‘may prove too much for our democracy to cope with.’” —Jack Kenny, The New American Magazine “Progressives may recoil at these assertions as well as his positions on immigration, affirmative action and morality, though they may share his sentiments regarding war and America’s unnecessary military presence around the world. Not to disappoint his loyal followers, Buchanan reveals the essence of conservative thought and its origins with clarity and precision.” —Publishers Weekly
